How cute is this? I made this to wear at CHA. It’s a mixture of t-shirt transfer sheets, rhinestones and vinyl. :) The picture does not show how very very sparkly this shirt is.. all cut and rhinestone pattern created using Gazzy.

I took White Vinyl and Painted on it.. and Tah-Dah.. a stenciled look that can easily be removed when I am tired of it.. :) All cut on Gazzy.

Making cards has really become one of my favorites things to use Gazzy for. I can create everything I need for a one of a kind card.. “everything” being the key word.. from embellishments to diecuts and everything in between.. Gazzy has been one awesome tool. . emboss, engrave, cut, draw.. even create rhinestone patterns.. every day, I push her a little further.. and she has never let me down! She cuts EVERYTHING I throw at her. The Gazelle may not be the cheapest machine out there.. but she is definitely the BEST machine on the market today. ( Remember.. you get what you pay for) I would rather pay a little more and have one machine that does it all.. then spend less and have to buy more than one machine to be able to create everything I need to create or cut. The way I look at it.. what are you really saving? In the longrun.. you are spending way more! That cheaper machine, doesn’t seem so much of “DEAL” anymore, does it? Anyway.. I thought I would show you some of the cards I have made lately.. :)

All the cards use motifs that are on the new cd for sale on BossKut.com. Along with Rhinestones, Embossing and Die Cuts.. all created with my Gazelle. Click on the cards below for a larger view.

I have always been the one that wants something different.. :)   Over at the forum they are having a PIMP MY GAZELLE Contest.. not that I can enter that, but I thought it would be fun to try! So here is my attempt at Pimping my Gazelle. I will say, I absolutely love the way it turned out. :)

I thought it should have something die cut on it.. and since I am a bling queen.. it had to have something sparkly somewhere! So I combined it all and this was what I ended up with.. ( **one word of warning.. if you paint your buttons.. use a super small paintbrush, and make sure you don’t paint the button part that is near the opening the buttons come through!)

Notes are different colored glitter paper cut-outs, the guitar is printed vinyl that looks like wood, I used a small metal piece with yarn strings for the guitar. Glitter paint for the buttons and glitter paper cutouts for Boss Kut Gazelle. , textured paper cutouts for hair and top, white string for the earphone strings.

So there you have it.. My One-of-a-Kind Italian-Designer-Gazelle by Boss Kut ( and me!) :)

PIMP MY GAZELLE

We are so excited about our new Framettes and Florettes. They are so much fun and so versatile. They will be available in our regular dies. Don’t worry though Gazelle owners they are going to be available for you on a CD that has 20 Florettes and Framettes plus pictures of different projects using them. This is the first of several CDs we have in the works. I know you will love them.

The Florettes are great embellishments for all your customers paper crafts and scrapbooking. Add glitter or crystals to give them that extra bling. Combine them with our scroll dies for an especially elegant look. The Framettes make great journaling blocks, picture frames or can be filled with paper piecings or even a monogram.
Framettes and Florettes dies will be shipping Early September. The CD will be ready to ship late this week. Just putting the final touchs on it now.

This two page layout by Debbie Grommet combines Some of the Florettes with a Framette for Journaling and some of our scrolls. The large cutout in the background was a framette that was enlarged and then cutout on the Gazelle.

A few more samples using our new designs.

Wedding or Shower Invitation made using our New Tri-Framette. The Rose Bud Scrolls come with the frame. This Framette is only available on the digital CD.  The Bride and Groom are from our Wedding Collection designed by Karen Taglia. Debbie Grommet designed the invitation.

Wedding Portrait Layout by Phyllis Parkins

I used the Scalloped Framette and enlarged it and added holes for rhinestones on the frame in the Gazelle Software. Then I used one of the Florettes, enlarged it and cut it out on the Gazelle for the background. The words were created, welded and a shadow was made in the Software. The Picture is one that I painted in Corel Painter and just reduced it and printed it for this layout.

Another Card using one of the new Framettes by Debbie Grommet. This is a fast and simple card and can be made with a few of your scraps. The rhinestones add some great bling. It is too bad they are so hard to photograph as they really add sparkle.

Here is a sample of our Framettes for you to try out. Snag it now as it will only be up for a week and we would love to see what you create with it. Just register on our blog and you can upload a picture.

Vinyl Wall Decor to Cut on the Gazelle

Make Your Own Wall Art with the Gazelle

We are really excited about the introduction of our NEW Boss Kut Gazettes. I have been wanting to do these for a long time . These fun journaling books will be available in dies for our crafters that love their respective die cutters and also as digital designs for our customers that prefer an electronic cutter.

The first two we are introducting are #4000 Fairy Tales by Karen Taglia and #4001 Lattice by Phyllis Parkins.  As Karen said in her post we are having a Gazelle contest right now and if you are a Gazelle owner then you can download the Lattice Gazette in the Owners forum and enter the contest.

Here are a few samples of the new journaling books.

is is a perfect journal for all your princess pictures
Disney Trips or that Fairy Tale Wedding

You can add as many inside  pages as you want.
Use some for journaling and some for pictures.

Our back page was cut from Best Creations coated Glitter paper. One of my personal favorites. It doesn’t shed any glitter and that is a big plus for a craft cutter. We carry a large varitey of colors at www.bosskut.com
We didn’t use chipboard on this book it didn’t need it. We  chose heavy double sided cardstock and the glitter paper is very heavy also.  The carriage was embellished with small flowers and rhinestones. If you haven’t used one of the rhinestone heat setters you should try one. They are awesome for small projects like this and much neater then gluing. Just be sure you use hot fix rhinestones.  Thank you Debbie for putting this pretty sample together.

Wedding Album created by Debbie Grommet
This was created to give as a gift to the brid
esmaids in a wedding and a few other special guests.

As you open each page one is reserved for journaling and the other is matted for a picture.

Debbie added tiny red rhinestones as an accent to the pages which gives it a elegant touch.

It is hard to see in the picture but she used a ribbon and swirled it from the butterfly tale across the bottom and through the rings.

The Wedding silhouettes are all from our Boss Kut wedding collection by Karen Taglia.  These are available in dies or digital down loads on www.bosskutdiecuts.com  The metal dies are all on www.bosskut.com or from one of our many dealers.

Wine and wine glasses adorn this page the mats were cut from either Boss Kut Dies or made on the Gazelle using our scissor tool that allows you to make scissor edges in many sizes by just selecting your image and clicking on the tool. So easy !

Debbie used a pen in the Gazelle and put the journaling lines on the journaling blocks then cut around them on the Gazelle. A little tip when doing that is to extend your lines out a little further then your cut line and that way it will be perfectly lined . She used the outline tool to put a mat behind some of her journaling blocks. This turned out beautiful and will be a very special gift to those that receive one.

This elegant Gazette Lattice Journal was so quick and easy to make. The flowers and scrollie leaves add a perfect embellishment for the cover. The flowers and scroll leaves are available as Boss Kut dies and also digital down load images.  A fancy button would be pretty too. You can customize your journals to use for short trips or big events. I’m making one for my grandaughter journaling her recent trip to the Rose Parade. She wants me to make one for all her friends too. They will be nice keep sakes from their trip.
A teenage slumber party would be a good theme have the journals ready for pictures and journaling then give the girls pictures from their party and let them do their own journaling.

There is a new challenge going on in the Boss Kut Forum… I thought I would show you what I made with the files..

This one  I call the Babe-ette Gazette.,.. It’s a brag book for Grandma.. small enough to fit in your purse, and you can add as many pages as you need to hold the photo’s you want to share. Glitter paper on the front  and back covers, and rhinestones give the little book plenty of sparkle.. little bows, just make it look cute…welded text  gives it dimension… graphics are my own, the challenge files can be downloaded from the forum if you are a Gazelle Owner and registered for the forum.

Grandma's Brag Book

Spring is surely just around the corner. I’m anxious to see the tulips breaking though the ground. Spring and Fall are my two favorite seasons. This bright and cheerful Easter Basket makes Spring feel closer.

Gazelle Basket Project
by Debbie Grommet

The basket was made using Grafix Clear Plastic Sheets.  The Heavyweight Sheets.  The whole project was cut on the Gazelle. Cut two sheets of plastic for each side of your basket and two for the bottom. You can make this any size you want.  Put holes on  3 sides of each piece of plastic.  On two of the sides you will need a hole in the middle close to the top for the handle.

Then cut background paper for each side it is slipped inbetween the two pieces of plastic. They will need holes also. Decorate each side and then slip inbetween the plastic pieces.  Next you are ready to use ribbon to lace your basket.

The handle was made using a ribbon. Run it though the two sides you have put the holes in and then fold over the end pieces and attach an eyelet to finish it off.

You have a adorable Easter Basket ready to fill with grass candy or anything you want.

Set your Gazelle settings to a speed of 2 and a force of 5 to 6. You may have to poke a little to get the holes out but once you push on them they should pop right out.
A standard blade was used and it should be adjusted just past the thickness of the plastic.

The  Grafix Plastic Sheets are available at www.bosskut.com
Debbie used the new Easter designs by Karen Taglia.  These are now available on www.bosskutdiecuts.com.  The metal dies will be shipping around the middle of April

I made this card for our annual Easter Egg Hunt.. with any luck, we will be snow-free that week! Hiding eggs in the snow is just not quite the same!  Graphics used are all my own and drawn in Funtime software, then cut on the Gazelle.. the egg is embossed to say Hoppy Easter and I also embossed a few flowers near the top. I chalked the edges of the embossed parts for definition.. Anyway, I think it turned out cute, so thought I would show you all.
